Micheal **** was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Andrew was also very helpful, kind, patient and awesome as well. Between the two of them, I was treated with the utmost respect and my issues were taken seriously and put at (what I felt was) high importance and priority and together they treated me better than the avenues store (in a whole, not just service dept) has ever treated me in the many times I've been there! I will now, ALWAYS bring my vehicles to THAT autonation, just so I can rest assured that I will be taken care of properly and my vehicle as well. They were prompt and informative and made me feel at ease at all times. I cant express how amazed, and thankfully gracious I am to Mr **** for recognizing me as a human being and not just dollar signs.. and for taking me under his wing, and seeing it all through from start to finish. Great Job Orange Park Autonation! You hit this one out of the park! I'll be sure to tell all my friends and ill be back! Thank you again!!!!!!!!

Outstanding

It is still early but so far so good. At least I made it home in my newly repaired car. Aaron was extremely helpful and kept in contact throughout the entire time of the repair.

I like the fact that they finished early but tthe didn't take the time to look at the product once it was done. I was told that they were going to fix some scratches not just paint over them. Now I have to make time for them to fix it properly.

Rude people

The repair took longer than expected which resulted in an issue with my rental car. Overall car looks good.

Katie and the staff in the collision center always had the customers needs and concerns first. The body shop technician's work on my Ford F-150 was outstanding and I would not hesitate to return to Auto Nation Ford for sales or service in the future.

We received prompt and courteous service at Auto Nation Collision Center and by our advisor, Tom Weber. Tom made sure our vehicle was ready when promised and went the extra mike to see that every detail was taken care of and that we were happy with how our vehicle looked and when it was finished.

AutoNation found the bumper sustained unknown damage that wasn't on the estimate. They also handled applying for the extra costs to include replacing the bumper, as well as additional rental days for the rental vehicle. (Thanks, Katie!)
