The only problem wasn't really your fault as I understand it. It was reported that the bumper part that was originally sent had a crease in it, so it had to be replaced. This led to speculation that the job may not be completed until Friday, but it was completed by Thursday afternoon. When I contacted USAA about this extra day, they gave no notion that they were given an update. It's no big deal because it all worked out in the end, but the job was originally predicted to only take three days but it took four. Call it Newton's Law if you will, but extra time cost money. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.

I am disappointed with the overall experience of how the insurance company works with the collision center and the person at the collision center is a State Farm employee. My hood is still bowed my engine vibrates and it didn't before the accident.
