Dennis was awesome. Timeline that was told to me was longer than i expected. I did not realize the damage that was done to my car. Not anyone's fault. I am a mfg rep, and i need my car to work out of. My rental car gave me trouble because i am old and my back hurts when i am not riding in my Explorer. Not your fault. If total pleasure is expected, then don't worry about it. My car works fine. Dennis did a great job. No need to contact me.
