It has not yet been repaired. was supposed to be ready last Friday. Got an email every day for several days that it would be ready last Friday. 2nd VERY similar experience--/ but the other one was several WEEKS. "Just can't get the parts" ! whatever !

The only comment I could add is that the email updates are not in line with the actual progress of the repairs. Had I not called in to check about the hours I would have left for the weekend when the car was ready by Friday and paid for 3 more days of rental over the holiday weekend. BUT SERVICE WAS GREAT

The inside of my car was covered in dust, my center console cupholder door hinge was broke and now the door is completely broken. My driver side door handle was filled with water, so this leaves me to wonder how long my car was left open and rain was allowed to get everything wet inside the car. Where my door and fender meet is not flush and it was before the damage. Overall very unsatisfied with the repair job. I chose to bring my vehicle there due to thinking that a nice quality job would be performed and in reality had more damage accrue while it was in your possession.

Thank you for the complimentary seat clean. Something spilled on my front seats and I wasn't sure how to clean it. I asked if it was possible for it to be cleaned and they did it for me. Rocky was my point of contact. She was great, gave me regular updates and worked with the team to get my car done on Thursday instead of Friday as I was going out of town. Thank you!

The repairs on my car were still not completed over a 3 ****/2 week span of time. I also have to bring it back in due to 4 unsatisfactory repair problems. I also have questions concerning the cost that was well over the initial estimate.
