I so appreciate how Matt kept me informed of what was going on with the repair of my Nissan Altima. I was rear-ended by another party. Matt was really helpful in letting me know what was going on with the insurance company that was responsible for paying the repairs and that company was not very cooperative. I would definitely use Auto Nation for collision repair again and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Matthew ****'s communication with me was absolutely outstanding. He is a great model for all customer service. The world would be a better place if more people treated their customers with such sincere concern. He notified me at the minimum of once a week just to keep me updated on the progress of my car. Kudos to him. I was very happy with the final result of my Subaru. It looks just like the day I bought it. Thank you!

I worked with mat **** who demonstrated stellar customer service. Matt called me at least once a week with an update as well as when progress on my repair was occurring. Matt also coordinated with Steve, the service manger at fiat autonation, so that my vehicle would be taken to Steve for an oil change when your work was completed. Matt was an exemplar manager of my case. He handled the situation with aplomb. I thank you for great customer service.

My car was in your care for a month and the work was not completed correctly. My bumper can be pushed in with one finger, no foam??? If I knew that the bumper which is not an original manufacturer piece would look this bad I would have paid the difference to have it done right.what is worse is that the rep said this is always the case that one side will not fit right (both are off), if this is something you know you could have told me ahead of time. Because now the other pieces don't fit right. It's a joke
