The team was wonderful! My repair contact kept me informed and was "dogged" in getting the insurance company to get the required approval completed as soon as possible. they even got my car done ahead of time. Great Team!

First, let me say that the repair work and the timeliness of the repair, once it began, were phenomenal. I am very pleased with the outcome. My issues were on the front side. Though Shannon did come out and inspect my car on very short notice, we had significant problems with the dropoff. There was supposed to be an e-mail with authorization forms, which he never sent. When I took the car up the the AutoNation Collision Center after hours on Sunday for the dropoff, there were no envelopes or forms in the dropoff box. I had thought to bring my own envelope, and put the key and the estimates in the dropoff window. I was then supposed to get the forms faxed or e-mailed to me, and, with a computer problem at AutoNation slowing the process, finally got the forms faxed over at the very end of the day. It was clear that that entire day was wasted, in that it did delay the process and create quite a bit of frustration. Once that was taken care of, the rest of the process was superb. There is definitely room for improvement regarding customer service on the front end, including timely e-mail of necessary forms, and having those forms physically available at the facility for after-hours dropoff.

My only recommendation would have been to get a better time estimate of how long the repair would take. I assumed a few weeks but it took almost 2 months. I would have taken the car rental if I had known it was going to be more than a few weeks.

Had an unfortunate accident that lead to my prize posession being damaged. I contacted Autonation Colission and from the beginning i knew i was leaving my truck in the hands of some great knowledgeable experts. I worked with Diego and Steven and both were very helpfull. These gentlemen notnonly gave me the peace of mind of knowing that my truck was going to be properly repaired but they also went above and beyond by ensuring i got my rental, and that my vehicle was delivered as it once came out from the show room floor.
