At this point the work has all been completed satisfactorily.
During the repair process I was not once contacted regarding the progress of the repairs, and when I did call in to check on the status of the repairs I was on more than one occasion given incorrect information.
One panel was not attached properly during the initial repair and came loose during the drive home from the sop. I had to return the next day to have it reattached.
