Edgar at AutoNation body shop on 190th Street was so kind, responsive, and straight-forward with me during the entire repair process. He genuinely cares about doing everything well and with a level of down to earth professionalism I haven’t seen in years. I give him five stars! He is the kind of employee who is trustworthy, knowledgeable about Ford vehicles even the electric models, and gives Ford a great name. A wonderful man!

Communication was terrible. I told Adriene the most important thing to me was not time it took to repair, but that I needed to be updated on the process. When I dropped my car off on Thursday the 22nd at 7:30 am, I asked Adriene if it was possible to get an update that day on the status. He said no problem, I'll text you tonight. He said as long as your adjuster comes out today I'll know tonight. So I called the adjuster to confirm he'd be out that day. He called me back and confirmed he has already been. I didn't hear anything from your team so I called on froday and left multiple messages. Adriene finally called back and left a message that said the part had been ordered (Friday) and he'd call me on Monday with a shipping update. No call Monday afternoon so I called him and left several messages- a few hours later he called back and said he was waiting I. The part- no update on shipping as promised. I texted back the next day and asked for an update, was told still waiting. When the part came in it was wrong so we had to wait again for the right part. My single ask was to be communicated (via text as the paperwork asked for my preference) status I. The repairs. Trying to get updates was pulling teeth and only happened after I made multiple phone calls.

Jerry Acuna is absolutely fantastic! His follow through and updates were so helpful. Conversely my experience with IDS insurance company has been less than subpar. Non responsive agents, constant calls to get status and misinformation has caused a lot doubt in their ability to fulfill and execute
