My experience with AutoNation was great. They were recommended by my insurance company, USAA, and I can say that they exceeded my expectations. My rep, Gregg Marcucci, was very communicative and great to work with. There was much more damage that we originally thought (which is warned may happen) and even during the holidays they stayed on it and kept in communication. I picked up my car yesterday and the work they did was perfect. Thank you AutoNation!

My rep Cheri was great. She kept me updated the whole time. And I was 9 months pregnant and had a baby while my car was getting fixed. She made sure I got my car back as good as new since it was a new car I just got about a month agao. She also went above and beyond and helped me get off my Clean Air Vehicle stickers off my Car since the DMV said I need to mail in my old stickers in order to get the new ones. Thanks Again! Amanda D

Communication was non-existent. Was told ‘a couple of days’ which turned into 8. Only found out when I called to follow up. Was told my car would receive a ‘detail’, and it was only washed. Quality of work was great, but overshadowed by everything else that could have been easily handled with accurate information/communication.
