I've been thrilled with everything leading up to pick up. The repair looks perfect. However, my center console appears stained. It was glossy and shiny when delivered and now there is a stain. It looks like it was washed with acid and damaged. The team attempted to repair and Dan asked me to return so they can spend more time on it.

This was my second repair at Service King Malvern and like the first time I could not be more satisfied. Dan Nolan is excellent at customer service and always makes me feel important. He explains what needs to be done well, and this time he went the extra mile to run interference with problems I was having with Enterprise rental car. He kept me posted with the job progress every step of the way, and last but not least he makes me smile and laugh! Best wishes, Sara V

The moment I stepped in to Service King, I felt that I was treated differently because I am a women who doesn't know about cars. There was no obvious damage to my rear bumper due to the accident, and I pointed out that the reason I am here it's because my fuel door didn't open after the accident, so I am concerned about any internal damage. The estimator right away said: I do this for living and I know all the cars, there's no way your fuel door problem is caused by the accident". I insisted that it did indeed happen after the accident, and told him that when my daughter was sick, there were 12 specialists who came to see her and they all learned something new that day, noone knows everything. He got upset and went to get his manager Mike, I guess a woman is not supposed to talk back this way to a man. Mike came out, I explained again that the fuel door stopped working after the accident, I said that my friend's car was dented from an accident and the bodyshop discovered internal damage after taking the bumper down, I expressed concerns about safety, that's when he agreed to look at the car. They didn't express any empathy towards my situation and insinuated that I know nothing and that I am probably there to take advantage of the situation. Finally they did find internal damage but refused to acknowledge that the fuel door problem was related to the accident just because he has "never seen that before", I explained that I have been driving the car for 6 years and it never happened, why right after the accident. He then said: I noticed that your bumper was fixed before and they didn't do a good job", INSINUATING THAT I AM LYING!!!!! he insinuated that the door was broken before and I was taking advantage of the situation. So, "a slap to his own face", the previous job was done by them as well, then he right away changed his tone to say: "oh, I didn't mean they didn't do a good job, I just meant to mention that". Still they wanted me to send the car to an Acura dealer to proof that it is unrelated to the accident for them to reimburse the fee. Finally they all acknowledged that the impact from the accident somehow caused the fuel door to lock but offered no apology to how they treated me as a woman and insinuated that I was lying. In conclusion, I will never go back to this service center. Thank you for listening.
