Last week when I went to pick up the car thee paint did not match and it had a run in the clear coat also the fender and hood was not properly aligned. I did not take the car at that time so they could fix the problems. Week latter I get a call the car was ready for pick up. After looking it over all work appeared to be complete. I had my wife follow me home from the repair shop and noticed the lights were not probably adjusted. Drivers side was up in the sky and passenger side was pointed down at the road. I have not had a chance to contact the repair shop yet. Looks like I will be returning to get this fixed. Very dissatisfied. Front end damage and replaced both headlamps with aftermarket should have been aligned properly.

No issue at all with the collision repair of the bumper. However in reassembly it is Missing a bolt on an undercarriage shield part on the drivers side. It caused the part to bend backward and drag when I got on the highway. Will stop in to see if I can get a bolt.

When I called service king to schedule an estimate, I was told to come in on Saturday, no appointment was needed. I arrived on Saturday to find out that this location did not give estimates this way. I learned that I spoke with a call center, not the actual location. As a consumer, I had no way of knowing this. Thankfully, Seth Beard at the location was very helpful and accommodated my estimate.
The service completion time was also greater then originally stated. I received text updates saying our car would be ready one day but when I called to check later that day, I was told it may not be ready. Later that same day, I tried to call again to get an update, no one was available by phone. I stopped into the location since we really needed our car back over the weekend and was then told it would not be ready until Monday at end of day. This should have been communicated earlier in the day.
