One item is still outstanding but is scheduled in two days

Overall repairs on my vehicle were satisfactory. What I am not completely satisfied with is the cleanliness of my vehicle when I received it. There were smears and smudges on the areas of repairs, inside the vehicle and on the windows. I was instructed not to immediately wash my vehicle. If that's the case why would it be returned in a state that required it be washed as a result of the repair. As a customer I have no idea what the residue is an assume its probably not best to leave it on the paint of my vehicle. The smears and smudges on my vehicle weren't an issue until I realized how extensive it was i.e. widows and inside the vehicle. I have small children and senior family members who are in my vehicle often that I wouldn't want touching the residue left inside my vehicle on places like door handles. Again, I'm more concerned that this was acceptable to return to a customer more than the residual itself. Technicians are keenly aware of details like this so it's a bit puzzling how this passed QA in the state I received my car. I did not anticipate cleaning my car after receiving it back but for safety of my family, I will have to meet those challenges. Thank you.

Updates on status of repair went between husband and me.

Car looks awesome only issue I have is the over spray that is lightly all over my windshield

Bogus auto generated text communication, not delivered in time, not delivered complete.

Tint is put on poorly and has lots of bubbles on the rear window. The right side of the car was not even fixed with the deep scratches. And there is still paint residue in the door cracks that were not fixed.

We felt since we were given the appointment to drop of the car work should have started earlier. Car was standing out side for one week. We have to use the rental car. Seth was very supportive and provided best service.

Car couldn’t be repaired fully first time around. Due to that my insurance coverage ran out, ended up taking rental car at personal expense to cover my commute during 2nd round of repairs involving the back hatch. There was one tire to be replaced as part of repair and they used a different model (same brand) tire causing road noise due to replaced tire having different tire characteristics and tread pattern than the remaining 3 Tires. This could have been easily avoided.
