I heard some sound while rotating my steering wheel and I see some scratches in my vehicle which was not there previously.. Mainly agent is not having courtesy to invite customer, no courtesy to making customer to sit. It was really frustrating. Even they did not offer the seat in agent room.. no proper response..

I was scheduledto drop the car on ****/17 based on that it will take 2-3 days to complete the work.
This was my wife's car and required to work around her schedule which is why we agreed on that date. I called in few days prior to the appt date as a reminder so they could get the parts on time. They ensured that dont worry and will see on the scheduled date. I called day prior to the scheduled date then they are telling me that they cannot promise it can't be done as promised so based on that we have rescheduled for ****/25 based on my work schedule. After dropping the car again told me that they uncovered more issues which is reasonable but told me it will be done after an extra day. Based on that on the 4th day I called then they were telling me they need to keep it over the weekend to finish up the work. But 10 min later I got a text message that the work is completed so I called back we closed the work in the system but still have some final work pending which will be done by Sat noon
Based on that I paid my CC and asked them leave the key/bill and lock the car.
I got there after the store closed, the car was left open and no keys or bill was left in the car. I have to call again to make arrangements to pick up the keys.
Neither days there were no calls upfront to tell us there will be delays or able to get the work completed on time.
The payment for this came out of my pocket and no rental so we have to arrange necessary transportations.
The work was satisfactory and agent who assisted us was courteous but the receptionist is rude and believe the agents are not getting enough help. They have been asked to do too many things so details like this will get missed. Addressing these will improve customer experience.
