I have has an opportunity to work with john landis. He has always been professional and provided great customer service. He goes the extra mile to please the customer. He makes sure not only the repaires to the exterior but makes the interior looks good. I appreciate that customer service is great from the start to the finish.

What seemed to be a very stressful situation turned out to be a great experience. I was very inconvenienced by the fact I wouldn't have my truck for a week because someone decided to dent it but, as soon as I walked into service king in thorndale I was greeted with smiles and the sense of calming. This is not your topical car shop and these are not your typical anywhere employees, they are really nice. They put on real smiles. Not a fake, I have to because it's my job smile. They seem more to me like a family run buisness then just a shop. They go out of their way to make you feel calm and not stressed at all. Someone was even there to pick me up after I filled out paper work to go pick out a rental. That whole week i was updated on what was going on with the truck and when I picked it up on friday, it looked brand new, inside and out. Service king took care of the return of the rental and told me how to care for the new paint. I have told all of my friends on social media and my family that this is the only place I will take my vehicles to get body work done. Service king in thorndale was quick, a pleasure to deal with, totally stress free and the work they do is amazing!

Wonderful customer service

i was informed that the car was ready, but when my wife arrived to pick it up, she found several issues remaining with the car: slow passenger power window and cracked and misaligned headlight housing. she had to leave the car at your facility for "another couple days" for these items to be remedied.

I love this place. The people who work at this location are very friendly and nice. They are great and do great work!

I took my car to Service King Downingtown by chance. AllState handled my claim and sent me to the Malvern location but it was too busy so my car was moved to Downingtown. The entire process was clean and easy and my car ended up looking better than before I bought it. I drove away feeling like I was in a new car.
