My car was brought to you Nov 30,2018 at which time you took pictures and gave us an estimate. We were told to return 9:00 dec.10th for repair which we did. Tuesday Dec.11 I phoned to check on progress——-I was told you just ordered the part. Now you knew what part was needed 10 days before but didn’t order until the day after the car was brought in. I needed the car by noon Friday.Phoned Friday morning oh you had to order another reflector you broke puttin g the fender in. Efficiency???? I think not. Car does look good and for that. I am pleased. But please do not tell customers one thing if you are unable to follow through as promised

The repairs on my Chevy Trax are absolutely beautiful! The employees at Northside Collision made the process quick and easy. Prior to my visit I was very anxious as I just had my car stolen and damaged. The thought of having to be with out my vehicle with two small children and a crazy work schedule worried me. Dropping off to the DeWitt location even though my vehicle had to be repaired in Camillus was a huge help as I was able to drop my children off to school and still make it work on time. The girls at the front desk were absolutely awesome! They really know what incredible customer service is all about. Also, the man who did the loaner inspection and reviewed the repairs with me upon pick up was very kind and courteous. He really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received! Over all I am very pleased with my experience (start to finish) and I am truly thankful!
