You did a great job on the tailgate. The only thing was I was some disappointed how I was told it would bbn be completed the weekend before, and I never got a call to pick it NJ up. It was sitting outside the whole weekend. That is my only disappointment. The loaner was a nice vehicle, and I appreciated I had a way to get around. Overall I was happy with your service, and would use you again if need be. Thankyou

I was very happy to find out that the repairs would be done in 2 weeks the day I was suppose to pick the vehicle the extended it for an other week. I certainly understand the hood came in demaged and we needed to get a new order in. So my new pick up date was May 17. The day I received a text said it was pushed back to May 18. May 18 I have not received a call or notification nothing. I called on Saturday Morning and was told they are waiting for an additional part. I was called by a rep and she left a message that it’s probably Tuesday or Wednesday it was finally Wednesday almost a month. When I brought my car home there is brush stains on the hood that my husband found not happy on the paint job done on the hood at all. Would never come back to North Side Collison for an other repair in the future. In addition, one of my lights on the vehicle was replaced now I have a light that is new and one that is old. I know that there was nothing wrong with the right light. I had someone straight toward by the license plate and bumper which made my hood get curved as well. I really like the text updates and knowing how far it came along only if they were updated in a timely fashion my car was in the shop from April 27 to May 23 almost a full month.

I was shocked at how fast my truck was finished and ready for pick up. The text messages were nice so I knew what to expect. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and made the experience so easy I didn't have to do much of anything! Thank you so much. Its always so frustrating getting into an accident, even a tiny fender bender, but this was the best easiest experience I ever had I almost forgot it even happened. I can't thank all of you enough.
