They damage my car and don't want to fix it. I'm asking for pictures of the before photos and they don't want to send them all to me. I know these damages was not on my car. Dave is covering up for the repair men that did this damage. Very unhappy and will never come back or send anyone to this shop.

The positive: Dave did a great job keeping in contact with me and was friendly and professional. The color matching was just about perfect! Hard job to do with a 43 year old original paint job on my car. Now the "needs to improve" part: the rear view mirror was broken off of the windshield. The car was covered in what appears to be overspray. overspray. I went back the next day and the mirror was put back on for me and some trim pieces fixed. So for customer service I give an A+. For the paint matching another A+. For attention to detail I would say a C. Unfortunately sometimes it's hard to control what other employees do and try to hide. I would recommend the body shop to work on cars that are new but when working out all cars, I would definitely make sure the people working on them are knowledgeable and careful.

Wish you whad you'd have ensured the best fit body panel was ordered in the beginning - a wrong-sized panel was received and delayed delivery by a week. Otherwise the experience was excellent - I appreciated text updates and regular calls from Caleb with updates.

Everyone was awesome! Especially my Geico rep Brian and your receptionist that was very efficient extremely Pleasant with everyone there even though she was Fielding calls left and right due to the hail storm we recently had. They both deserve a huge bonus!

I picked my car up this morning went to get some belongings out of the back seat and the weather strip around passenger door on drivers side fell down from top of the door. Then later this afternoon I needed gas and there was over spray inside the lid where I put gas in. Actually from the start things where great with Total service until today. Now I have to bring it back to complete which is a burden finding the time as I travel for work.

The process was very efficient and seamless with Geico and Rickenbaugh and Enterprise working together. I greatly appreciated having all offices in one place, and they were able to get my car in the shop quickly. No hassles. And Caleb was awesome!

Where my car looks good and seems to be all in order, my antenna wasn't put back and pieces missing. Another thing, coming from customer service myself, the new headlight is cool and all, but when you compare it to the one that wasn't destroyed, it's not the same. Now I get you don't have to go above and beyond with anything, but it also proves that I'm nothing more than a paycheck. I don't think I would recommend you to friends and family, but as far as going the bare minimum, you succeeded in that.

My car isn't complete. I arrive today at 4 PM as I was instructed to after the initial estimate and again multiple times via text, only to figure out that my car was not ready to be picked up. It took a lot of time out of my workday to get over there And, needless to say, I'm pretty frustrated. In addition, I was notified by enterprise rental cars that they would like my car back because they have sold it. This is a horrible system and I can't understand why that would happen.
