I Request the Grill to be replaced for the Denali version, since the adjuster approved for that, I requested to verify my windshield replacement trough the insurance (dealer purchase insurance) and none of this happen.

I appreciate the email updates I received early on in the process. The only real issue would be the last personal email I received said it might possibly be ready late Friday. That time rolled around with no updates so I didn't know whether to come for it or not. The following week I received a couple automated emails with the truck finally being ready on Wednesday. I had no problem waiting for it, it just would have been nice to know for certain that it wasn't ready on Friday and a slightly more accurate ETA would have been good.

Unfortunately, we have had the opportunity to use your services 2x in the past couple of years. This last experience was even easier than the last. The coordination between Geico, Rickenbaugh and Enterprise really helped this stressful situation (I was hit by a car going through a red light) be comfortable and understandable. The personnel were terrific and Tony did a marvelous job on the repairs. Thank you for your clear communications, sense of humor and accessibility.

I love my Volvo and Tony completely respected and understood that. I love Rickenbaugh! The only thing I would change is having enterprise affiliated to Richenbaugh. They are not customer friendly. You make want to look into Hertz.

The whole operation went smoothly, but Teri was especially kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I could see the lot was full and therefore, they were busy, but I never felt rushed. I felt that Teri really cared about her job and about each individual's outcome.

Overall, the work looks great and Tony was a gracious and attentive service writer. I will definitely recommend Rickenbaugh to anyone who may be unfortunate enough to need a body shop - you made the experience as easy as it can be. One small critique - there were a few spots on the interior leather console - probably polish - that did come off with a little effort but detracted a bit from the pick up experience. Otherwise, GREAT WORK!
