Third time we have needed to use Lane and we are very satisfied. We hope we will not have to use them again. But, if we need to we will use Lane again. Bill, Debbie and CJ are the best.

Damage was repaired well. I received confusing messages on work progress. Emails said the car would be ready on Monday, but is was ready the preceding Friday.

It is obvious Everyone there works very hard there.

I was Given a completion date, and all the communications from Lane said my car would be ready on time until the day before. Then I'm told it couldn't be painted due to it getting cold out, which was a friday. So it would be completed by Monday. On Monday I called to get a pick up time and was told several times the throughout the day I would get a call back which never happened. So at the end of the day I called and asked to speak to manager I was told he was busy and they still did not have info on my car. I was getting very upset how I was being treated and the lady on the phone hung up on me. The manager called me back and I let him know I just wanted to know if I could pick my car up since I was told it would be ready he said "Yes you could pick your car up but all the parts would not be on it." I will never ever go back to that place... The customer service was AWFUL. I had to call USAA to find out when my car would be finish, which was the next day. And now we're having issues with the truck but I'm not bringing it back to Lane. Very Unhappy!!!!!

Longer than expected, but it was a great job on the work done.

I greatly appreciated the updates, especially when there was an issue with the supplier of the replacement parts which meant my vehicle was in the shop a little longer than expected. Between the phone calls and emails I knew exactly what was happening. Thank you.
