I really appreciated the email updates. My one big complaint though---due to an insurance mixup, USAA had canceled 2 checks issued to ****. I was the one that brought it to the shop's attention, but when Debbie spoke to your comptroller, he said they wouldn't release my vehicle unless I paid with a cashiers check. My bank is in MA so that wasn't happening. I used my debit card but I was insulted by the idiot comptroller's dictate. I could have just picked up my vehicle without saying anything but was penalized for doing the right thing. Certainly NOT customer friendly.

Hi,
CJ was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend anyone work with CJ. She was friendly, competent, prompt and polite. Other employees were not as pleasant to work with as CJ. I hope her co-workers watch and observe her work ethics and take note of her manners. She is an excellent employee.

We were expecting that after the car was in the shop for over a week, they would've be clean it. we changed the oil at Nissan, for our other car, and they cleaned it.

The radio display never got fixed from the accident. Emails and actuals were completely off as far as progress. Truck looked like it was barely rinsed with a hose when complete without being dried. Inside was dirtier and dustier than when it was dropped off. It is my belief that because I didn't go with the offer to do trade in and purchase of a truck affected the level of service provided.

I'm waiting to get a portion of the paint job fixed.
I'm trying to do this with the least impact to my own work schedule.
I don't think I should need to use my earned vacation time to allow the job to be corrected. A thorough quality control inspection of my car should have caught and corrected the defect before I had to make special accommodation to fix it.
