Car was not repaired in anywhere near a timely manner. It was not completed until 12 days after we were first cpromised communication was horrible never xcalled when promised

I was very impressed with LANE'S performance right from the start thru the end of the repair of my car. The progress reports were very comforting and the job was finished right on time. The finished product is perfect. Couldn't be happier. GREAT JOB!!!

I know it took State Farm Insurance over 2 weeks to decide whether to repair my car or total it, but once your body shop got the A-OK to repair my vehicle you fixed it super fast. My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thank you so much.

The work done on my vehicle looks very good. I received 5 status e-mails but they included no status information. I called for status 3 times on the day the work was to be complete and left voice-mails but did not receive a return phone call. I called the next day twice with no response and finally drove over to get status. You need to improve your customer interfaces.

There was no attention paid to detail. I think the quality should have been reviewed before I arrived. I was told the repair would take 3 days and it took over a week and still wasn't done right. I was offered to bring my car back and have the mistakes corrected which I will have to do in the later part of April.

From the adjuster to the last person I saw, the nice lady that brought my car around, was fantastic. I've had body work at this dealership before and have always been satisfied. Everyone should take lessons from your body shop on customer service! Great employees!

I need to bring the car back as the engine light is on because the engine cooling sensor is not working or I have an engine or electrical problem that I did not have when I brought the car in for body work. The gauge read hot then shut down.

The delivery of my car was later then estimated and was not washed and Very dirty and dusty on the inside of the car. This was not the case when I dropped it off. This should be basic customer service. Not washing the suggests the work is not up to standards, if it's great work ,it should be shown off. The body work and paint seem to be satisfactory but until the car is washed, I will withhold judgment.
