You were very nice and cordial but the initial estimate was off by 33% so it will end up costing the insurance company and me more than just having totaled the car. Once the estimate started climbing we should've sat down and gone over it to see whether not it would've been better to total it or to fix it. I should've had the opportunity to negotiate with the insurance company with this information rather than having the bill go from 7900 up to 10,500
