There was lack of communication all throughout the process. I was told that I will get regular updates, but if I hadn’t called multiple times, I would not have known the following: ****) there was a delay because they were waiting for parts 2) they found additional damage 3) they are are still awaiting approval. All the while, I was told it would be ready in 3-5 business days, then became July 30th, then Aug 3rd. Marty did apologize, and he said that this is a lesson learned for future contacts with customers.
