I rate your service as 4.95 out of 5. But there is a problem with the display on my radio now. I have actually been down in Pittsburgh so I haven't had a chance to call. But all in all everyone was friendly, courteous, timely, and absolutely above and beyond.

I was terribly impressed by the quick turn-around of my work vehicle repairs. Every day that my work vehicle is not available to me, I cannot earn a living. Black Walnut recognized this constraint and designed a repair schedule that kept my vehicle downtime to a minimum, and when the work was complete, I was quite happy with the result, the cost of repairs, and the time frame. I would recommend Black Walnut to anyone who cares to ask me about it.

I was not happy about having to have the same vehicle repaired three times for three separate incidents but I am very happy that I chose Black Walnut Body Works to do all the work. You folks helped me negotiate with the insurance companies, made the car look like nothing had ever happened to it, and made the whole process extremely easy on me. I would recommend you all to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicles. I love you folks... but, that said, I hope that I never have to bring this vehicle back to you again! It doesn't seem right to keep messing up your fine repairs!!

The work was amazing! My car looks great! The only area needing improvement is the communication. I wasn’t given an estimated time frame for my car. I called 2 weeks after dropping it off to see when it would be done and was told it was being asssembled and I could get it Monday. (I called on Friday). I’m glad I called so I could arrange for someone to take me to pick it up, instead of being called day of. I called Monday then to verify it was ready, but a spot needed touched up. Which I’m so happy a final inspection was down and it was caught. I ended up being able to pick it up Tuesday. Loved the finished product of the car. But I feel if I didn’t call and ask questions, I wouldn’t have even known my car was done.
