The job took too long. The repairs was not done completely. I was notified last minute on when to pick up the car because the other person’s insurance will not cover an extra day. I had to leave my business early.

Some of the customer service was spotty. First, I never got a call of what work would be done to my car before they started, I had to call Nalley. When I called they had trouble locating what was going on with my car. Then I received two emails that May car would be done on Tuesday at 6:00pm. When I arrived at 6:00 my rep had no clue I was sent emails or where my car was in the process. The nice gal at the desk had to track it down. Then they set me to pick it up the next day, called me that morning to confirm I was coming at noon to pick it up. When I arrived they didn't know where my car was and was surprised it wasn't pulled up front...unbelievable...not a great experience.

I had no doubt that Nallley Collision Center was the right place to put my Lexus back together and I was not disappointed. The workmanship is perfect. The interest shown to me and the periodic automatic update messages (implemented by USAA I was told)were greatly appreciated. The car looks showroom ready. Thank you!!

The paintwork done on my BMW is fabulous. But the devil is always in the details. The technician didn't thoroughly paint the underside of the trunk lid and I'll have to take the car back in for another 2-3 days.

Amy Abernathy did an awesome job of managing my car repairs - along with getting her team to go above and beyond - to basically disassemble the passenger side of my car - paint everything, then put it all back together and make it look like it did coming off the assembly line, then do another pass to double and triple check everything. Eagle eye attention to detail, responsive communication and explaining the process were all 5-star. The only thing better would be if the wreck never happened, but since it did - my car is as close to factory specs as humanly possible in my opinion.
