Everyone was nice and they were professional. I like the fact they sent text messages updating me on the status of my car. When they forgot to reconnect tail light they called immediately and had me come back to reconnect it. Thank you Reflections for a wonderful experience.

After leaving your shop yesterday... half way home and my engine light, oil pressure light and alarm started going off. I pulled over and shut it off. No oil pressure. Which is weird considering you fixed my rear bumper and tailgate. I called your shop as it happened 4:05pm with no answer. I got a tow home and I am having a mechanic come by tmrw (Saturday) to assess and trouble shoot the issue.
