I appreciate that you communicated well and the process was easy. The only negative was when dealing with the rental company there has to be a 24hr in advance Reservation because they dont have a good selection of cars. Since they only had one car it cost me money out of my pocket. I was told just come in any day and it won't be a problem. Had I known I would have made the reservation.
