The professionalism demonstrated from the second I made the first call to when I picked up my Nissan Maxima to Metro Collision Center making sure I don’t have any troubles with the repairs made is second to no one! The driver side front quarter panel had to be removed/replaced in order to repair the damage to my vehicle in addition to the front bumper. Upon initial inspection, I had noticed there was additional damage was caused as a byproduct of the repairs. The driver side rocker panel had a gouge in the paint along the adjoining seam to the front quarter panel. I rejected the vehicle with the expectation it would be fixed by Monday early afternoon. On Monday, I was called back to the body shop with the impression that the damage had been fixed, only to find the work was still not finished and the damage was still there. The gouge in the paint was not repaired to either my own liking or the service rep (I believe his name is Chris). After this second rejection, Chris personally saw the work through to completion. After my third trip to the shop, the car was completed to my satisfaction. This should not have happened. I should never had to reject the work done on the car a second time and am disappointed in the level of service and quality of work that your shop did to my brand new Camry with less than 500 miles on it. I appreciate Chris’ professionalism in this whole endeavor however, he was let down by those in the shop and whoever is responsible for the quality control. Nowhere should a brand-new car, let alone any car, be released to its owner with new damage caused during the work and claim it went through a “quality control”…twice. While your shop is conveniently located to my home, I will not be returning for any future work based on how this turned out.

The body repair on my vehicle was outstanding. The work is first rate. Polly was a gem and helped throughout the process. I was even able to leave my rental there for pickup. All of the employees at Metro Collision were professionals and very friendly. The explained everything that would happen with my vehicle repair and kept me informed throughout by text. Definitely worth the 3 one way hour drive!
