Wow! I am thoroughly impressed My car looks beautiful. Your entire staff were so friendly and helpful, really excellent customer service. I especially appreciated the frequent text message updates. My car was absolutely spotless inside and out, that was an unexpected surprise. Great service, repair and I feel that you go the extra miles for your customers. Lake area collision is a top-notch repair facility. We are always very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and craftsmanship that goes into repairing our vehicles to like new condition. Repairs are always done on time if not early. There are no hassles in dealing with the insurance companies. We are extremely pleased!

I picked your business because most of my work is on Walloon Lake and it is convenient for me. The bonus for me are the all the people who work there. They all are very courteous and friendly. The workmanship speaks for itself, it’s awesome, they always do an excellent job. I like the progress updates, and as always the job is completed as fast as possible.
