Overall excellent service from all members of the team. One small observation: the young lady at the front desk (not Linda, the other young lady), was asked by a co-worker if she needed any help. As I was waiting to be helped, she pointed at me and said "well, that guy needs help". Not a big deal, but maybe a little more professionalism would help. I'm not used to service providers pointing at me and referring to me as "that guy". The next costumer might take offense.

Very professional and helpful throughout. When I picked up the car the man who checked out the final work with me spent quite awhile going above and beyond filling in some scratches that were not part of the work. It was very much appreciated.

I've never had a collision before and never needed to hire a firm for body work/ repair. I didn't know what to expect, but I am ****,000% satisfied. The work is stellar and the service was fantastic. Allan was my point of contact and he has been supremely helpful and keep me in the loop of repair progress and unexpected delays. I hope never to need car repairs agin, but if I do, I know who to call. Thanks you!!

Thank you for being completely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole process. This was the first time I had to repair a car due to a collision, so I truly appreciate the guidance I received from the Dusty's Collision employees while I was going through the process for the first time. I brought my car to Dusty's annoyed that I had to deal with repairing it, but after looking at the repair work I am completely convinced that my car is as good as new. Thanks for the good work! You have definitely earned my recommendation if anyone I know needs collision repairs. Also, thank you for dealing directly with my insurance company throughout the process. Thanks!

If you have not started on our van tires please do not. We are very unhappy with the service on our Subaru and would prefer to take our van elsewhere. We will follow up with our complaints Monday because our Subaru is not safe to drive. We need it fixed right away.
