Having had a very poor experience years ago with another company, I was at a loss as to where I should bring my car. I read about Geico Express and decided to use their recomendation and Mikes was the Spring Hill location. My husband and I were impressed from the very beginning. Customer service is of the highest form. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and courteous. I dealt with Gerry and Liz at Mikes, John at Geico and Jonathan at Enterprise. I picked up my car today and the work looks excellent. Should I ever have a need to use an auto repair shop in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle to Mikes. I will definitely be passing along my excellent experience to all of my friends and family.

I am amazed with the craft of your body men and the excellent way that Jerry and girls at the desk treated me I will recommend Mikes Auto Body to anyone that needs any work and if your repair shop is as good as your body shop then it is a one stop shopping experience and know that the work will be excellent. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The text messages are awesome updates, keeps the customer very informed and doesn't leave the customer in the dark about the progress of their vehicle. I will highly recommend mikes auto body to everyone. 10 stars out of 10 :)

You fixed the driver side but some how the passenger side window tint now has waves in it.. I'm not sure if it's from cleaning it or what.. But it looks terrible.. The sad part is the last time I took my car here you had to fix my tint too.. I'm really not happy..
