My drivers side front bumper & drivers side rear taillight was never repaired. After my car comes back from the shop the gas tank release does not work and I have to use the release in the trunk & the check engine light is on after running diagnostic the problem is the fuel door. Kevin told me to bring my car back but I am trying to save up money for my rental because I know my car will not be returned very fast. But the actual repairs made are done nicely.

It took almost 4 months to complete the repair. The car looks good but the waiting was too long. I am satisfied with the work but not satisfied with the length of time of completion.

Paul was amazing, gave detailed emails pertaining to when the vehicle will be completed. Even when there was a delay with technicians being sick, I was updated right away. Car was in the shop for a total of 3 weeks. I would recommend all friends and family to come see Paul ****- 5 Stars!!

A written 'what happens now' guide would be very useful for newbie customers like myself. It would help tremendously in reducing the stress and anxiety, assuming most of your customers are like me, not experienced in this [unfortunate] side of auto ownership.

My tint on my passenger side windows has 2 large and few small gouges in the tint. My front bumper has white spots in quite a few place paint job didn't look the best on my bumper. Seats were leaned all the back when we got I to the back. Charged my insurance for more that was done and the job was not good. Not sure why the payment went up a second time.

I found out that my car mat driver side was changed. I have a clean 2019 Outlander Sport and the car mat was old and dirty. You can put the driver side mat and passenger side mat they are not the same. Please fix the mistake. Thank you so much. June C

AFD has a great team of office gals and repair techs. This was the second time you did work on my car, and both jobs were done professionally and in good time. I don’t even think of taking my car anywhere else when I need body work of any kind.
