The team was extremely professional with great communication skills. They consistently shared status updates and proactively called when the status changed. We were able to get our car almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated. The car looks as if nothing ever happened, another plus.

The work and service were excellent However I'm concerned and curious about the financial part of the transition. I think we are square but I received conflicting information at one point

The repair was unsatisfactory. The gaps on the hood and fender/bumper are not aligned. It was too obvious the hood was protruding out a little bit while the bumper cover/grill was a little sunken in. The paint work has a burst bubble that according to the guy who explained the rapairs to me was a rock chip. It's obviously not.

Although there were some delays in getting the parts due to Acura parts being on back order, Josh was extremely professional and sent updates weekly so that we were on the same page. Customer service even in the front desk was great! Thank you AFD!

I picked up my car to learn a part on my bumper was not replaced. There was a weather stripping, and some other new parts pieces placed in my back seat that were not used/replaced. My car was there for 20 days. I was told the part would be ordered and I can bring my car back for **** day, haven't had any follow up calls. Customer service is always good- otherwise!
