Although everyone at All Foreign and Domestic are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, one individual really stuck out. Paul Gonzalez was my main point of contact throughout the entire experience and he could not have been more helpful, courteous, thoughtful, or genuinely concerned about how I was holding up during the process. He went above and beyond the call of duty by informing me about every detail at every point of the repair process. He even made a point to call numerous times with updates on a part that was taking quite some time to come in. He is absolutely fabulous and he certainly deserves a raise for the amount of effort and care he displays for each client. This man is invaluable to your company and I do hope you acknowledge what an outstanding employee he is. Everyone was kind and the repair was done in a timely matter. One thing I did find was a lose screw to the right head light, which was the side of the hit. I noticed it when I opened the hood to the car. I tighten it myself but other than that everything I was good.
