My representative's customer service was above what I usually expect from an auto body shop. Kept me updated on the timeline, gave me an estimate on when the repairs will be done, and what to expect about the process with the insurance. Made sure to note that I would be out of town for a couple days during the repair and even followed up to ask how my vacation was. Very friendly and personable and worked hard to make sure that I was happy with the repairs.

Had some fitment issues, was told the parts were oem so I don't understand why there would be any fitment issues at all, poor job washing the car, I looked at everyone else's car and they're cars were very clean,

Work Not Completed And I Paid Additional Money For Dent Repairs That Was NOT DONE!!! Also My Passenger Front Window Tent Was Scratched While In Possession Of AFAD!!! Not Happy At All!!!

This is the 2nd time I've used AFD and I went back because my first experience was good. This time was even better. The ladies in the office are great and I worked with VJ and he was very kind, which is definitely what you need when you've been through an accident. Hopefully we won't have to go back for that, but, we will be recommending people that do need work done. Thank you everyone there.
