Zack Lampitok is outstanding outstanding employee and knowledgeable in his job, courteous informative, talked to me in terms that I understood. Stayed with me all the way thru with updates and progress, always cheerful. Recommend him for an increase in salary! Everyone of the people I met during the time were professional and helpful---middle management--and office staff alike. Efficient and accurate workers all! Zack made me feel at ease. Constant communication on the updates of car repairs were greatly appreciated. The front desk gals were so respectful and professional and courteous which speaks for the company they represent. Zack Lampitok explained everything to us and kept us up to date. He had to look for parts that where discontinued and took the time to do it. The work was great. The paint job fantastic. All they couldn't fine was the logo for PT Cruiser on back hatch.

Please have someone follow up on me concerning the clear wrap bubble issue and also the way the door doesn't close properly. Currently I'm having to close the driver side door with more force than usual since more than one occasion I got alerts after leaving the car that my door was still open. Also, my hours at Tesla are such that I am unavailable from supporting Production from 6am to 7pm from Wednesdays to Saturday. I am available from Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday depending on the week. During scheduled workdays I might be able to reply if communicating via my email.
