Outstanding service from everyone at west side fender. I honestly tried to find something wrong with the repairs, not that I would have complained but just wanted to find something/anything. There was absolutely nothing wrong and the repairs were flawless. The job was finished 4 days earlier then predicted and when I picked up my truck it was washed and detailed. Outstanding service.

Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and our car looked amazing.

The repair work was better than I anticipated. Communication from the staff was excellent. I never had to call about anything. Most of all, the service was courteous. I never felt like a fish out of water while dealing with this shop.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing job Westside Fender did fixing my car. This was the first time I've gone through a claims process in dropping off my vehicle for body work and they made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. At first I wanted to drop my car off to the Tony Honda where I normally get my car serviced but the Geico Claims Adjuster told me about Westside Fender and how if I went through them I'd be 100% satisfied. He was definitely right. In addition to the body work done they informed me about the two retainers under my headlamps that were rusted out. I was given a fair price for the parts and labor, and it didn't affect the overall repair timeline I was originally given of 8-10 days. They even helped me to extend my rental car out to fully cover the time of repairs. My car was even washed and vacuumed prior to pick up, with my tires dressed, which was unexpected. Again, I just want to say thank you very much for the great job you guys did! I would definitely return to Westside Fender for auto body work. - Brad DC
