I was told that the work would be completed on Friday, and that date was confirmed several times by text over a 10 day period. That would be two weeks to fix my car. I was fine with that. But then that Friday afternoon I received an unexpected text that the vehicle will not be ready until the middle of the following week. This must’ve been known several days before and my being notified at the last minute was upsetting, disappointing, and soured the experience. If someone had called me a couple days before the car was supposed to be ready to let me know that a part hadn’t come in or whatever, I would’ve been fine. But a text with no explanation two hours before I was supposed to get the car was completely unacceptable. You need to change your communication process.

Things I liked: I like your scheduling and live update system. Very accurate and the url gives me instant access to the status at anytime anywhere.
You could do better: you didn’t restore my back row seats (still folded), not very professional, and because of that, the smell of paint was strong in the car, till I noticed that. Also there’s a scratch on my driver side door that I feel it’s new although I’m not sure...

I've already answered a different survey, but here is why:My car was late by two days (not a big problem). I had to contact Service King about updates on the day my car was supposed to be ready. I received a call saying my car was ready. After driving 30 minutes to get there, the vehicle was CLEARLY not ready. It still needed a final sanding, buffing, and waxing. This to me was the biggest **** drop. A thorough inspection should have been completed before contacting me or any client for that matter.
My car was ready two days later, which I had to call and find out as I did not hear back from anyone. After receiving my car, all throughout the upholstery was this fine dust. The interior of my car was dirtier than when I dropped it off.

I have more damage to my car after getting it back, than before I dropped it off. Worst decision to use the Redmond, WA location. I will never go back there or recommend this place.

There is a part on the car that way damaged while being repaired. I told the guy who released the car to me as I was leaving, he took a photo and said he would contact the GM. I'm still awaiting a call.

There were couple spots with some particles under the paint. There was a scratch on new bumper. Troy tried to quick fix paint issues, but repainting is required. And I'm not sure if it's worth it.
Also I think the fender was not aligned well with bumper and front pillar.

Service was great, end result was great. However, two of the tires didn’t have enough pressure so had to stop at the closest gas station to put some pressure. That’s cosmetic however, but overall I’d rate the experience 9.5/10.

The part (muflur) was supposed to be tracked by service king, but it was not. I called up to let you know that part is available - the person on phone said he’ll check details and shall call us back. No call. Called again after a week to find the part was there and we could drop the car. My husband reached at the shop 5 min to six and receptionist refused to open the door. Next we went again on a Saturday and same receptionist pretended not to know anything, complained about no notes and Chad quitting his job. Finally I complained to Geico and within 30 min everything magically fell in place.... the lady not only found our details she offered a rental car too. Would you call it best experience ever??? I won’t.

Frequent status communication was much appreciated. It would have been nice to have picked up my car washed and cleaned with no bird pooh on the windshield and hood. With the advance notice of my intended pickup time I was surprised my car wasn't waiting for me in the front covered area.
