They lied and refused to protect my vehicle knowing the circumstances and the battery being almost dead because of lack of alternator and said they would put my car in the shop just leave it there just leave it there and we will protect it over the weekend then today I show up and find my ca same place where they just left it off the tow with more damage than just the alternator the guy Stated he was just about to call me an Geico to tell us that he was not going to do the repair to the alternator and for me to move my car and give mediately after or simultaneously as I asked him why my car had transmission fluid all over the ground and one drop of oil on the ground to they called the police on me because I busted him in the act of deliberate negligence and refusal to repair I think they are racist and are part of the targeting of my vehicle

Everything was great. Only thing I'd change is don't send so many texts that say the same thing. I like texts when things have changed, but these "updates" that still tell me my car is ready at the same time I've heard the last 3 texts is just redundant.
