The receptionist and staff were great! They were able to solve a problem when last names and claim numbers were transposed/crossed and helped me switch car seats between cars. Thanks! However, I was disappointed with the finished product. The space between my new bumper and the area above my rear wheel wells don't seem to be flush, or smooth. I did bring this to Larry's attention, he admittedly agreed, but nothing was rectified. Nice crew though.

Vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction but I accepted it with the understanding that they will try and fix it once they can get the approval from the insurance company I am supposed to be advised no later than the 27th of July though the service people were very nice and tried to be Supportive and understanding they said that it was nothing they could do
