Elizabeth was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. Because of her I will consider using Service King again. On the other hand Betsy needs training. Twice when I walked in she made me feel unwelcome and on the defensive immediately. She finally prepared a quote for me that turned out to be incorrect because she didn’t take the time to verify a part price. She should not be the first person that greets potential customers.

6 hours after having my truck back it leaked out all of the transmission fluid and caused my transmission to slip really bad. Now i have to have it towed back to South Auburn Service King.
