Let's start with the good. Communication was great. I was given an update on the progress every couple of days. The rental car provided was excellent and everything was an easy handoff for the "start of work" day. Now for the bad, The tire that was replaced on the truck is a completely different size tire than the other three tires. Obviously , if you have to replace one tire,replace two so that alignment is not thrown off. The inside door panel was not reattached properly and has a considerable gap between the window sill. The gap difference between the passenger and driver door is very noticeable. Everything that was put back together was not properly done so. Noticeable gap differences, plastic clips not fastened,etc...I guess it the work should have been completed early since it was not properly reassembled. The paint was ok except for where the door panel meets the front tire panel, it looks like someone took a crowbar to it and then painted over it. The running board was replaced on the passenger side only, they threw the driver side running board in the truck for me to install,I guess?? The spare tire hole cover beside the license plate was broken by an employee, I guess I have to pay to replace that too. Overall, "after work" handoff was a disaster. They gave me a 30 min notice to return the rental car clean and rushed me out the door before closing so that I could not assess all the flaws before they closed up shop. I am very disappointed in the service after initial contact and will not refer anyone unless these items are reevaluated and fixed. This is terrible workmanship guys and while it's my car and I've seen it everyday for a few years, its a body repair mans job to iron out the fine details.

Customer service was excellent when I dropped the vehicle off....not so much at pick up. Didn't go over anything or give info as to what was done....just sign and have a nice day. Should probably work on that...

I was sent an email indicating my car would be finished on1/5/17. I had been receiving emails up to that point giving me updates on my car. My husband drives out to pick up my car and he's told the car isn't ready, however, I never received an email indicating a change in plans. I was not happy because that's not a short drive for us and it just would have been nice to be made aware of the car not being ready other than that the service was great!!!

The team stayed in contact with me via email throughout the repairs. Upon completion I noticed a minor discrepancy with the upper grill of my car and the team did everything they could to fix the problem. They wanted to meet my approval and they said they wanted me to leave happy.
