Hands down, the greatest experience I’ve ever had in needing an auto body shop. Someone had thrown a block of wood at my car while driving on the expressway and I was devastated to learn of the damage when I arrived at work after the incident. I had no idea where to turn to for help. Bi County Auto Body worked with my insurance company and kept me informed through text and email during the entire process. When my car was finished and returned to me, I was shocked in disbelief that it looked brand new. The paint matched my car, there was zero evidence of the damage AND my car was SPOTLESS. They washed my car and cleaned the interior! As a mom of an 8 month old, I wouldn’t have found time for a car wash on my own and your shop honestly exceeded all expectations and helped a mama out! Thank you so much! I’M IN LOVE WITH MY CAR!!!

I had to reach out to them twice. Once to find out if the parts ordered had arrived (they had) and also to find out if my car was ready for pickup (it was) In both instances, the auto body shop should have reached out to me first.
