Everything started fine feom the moment I dropped off my car; friendly staff, but my expected pick up date got changed three times, and i feel i could have gotten a faster sercice. I kept getting random times and finished dates. I understand i couldn't get my car with non working wipers but i think the part should have gotrwn delivered faster. Until my husband and Igot uosrt i kept calling and asking for answers, 5 minutes later my car was suprisedly ready to puck up. Im not sure hiw good the cleaning is supposed to be but it was half fast, and the last thing that threw me off was a pair of plastic gloves on the floor if my back seat with blood on them .

The whole team at Bi-County is very professional and helpful. They are nice too. Texting information regarding the status of my repair made it easy to know what was going on and when I could pick up car. I was delighted to get my car back and it was very clean inside and out. Thanks and I would highly recommend Bi-County to family and friends.

Car went in with zero engine and battery problems. When I went to pick up the car the car wouldn’t start. They assured me it was because it sat idle for a while. Took car home, car won’t start again. Also, various interior damage (scuffs, dirt, ripped side). Very, very disappointed that Allstate would send us here. Taking it back tomorrow.
