Somebody stole an iPhone lightning - USB cable that was plugged into the front USB socket under the radio . It’s a shame that people do this . So now you know that a person in the shop would do this . When I got home I called the service writer and said he was going to tell the manager and get back to me . Haven’t anything yet ????????

Brian and I both saw one part that was replaced was scratched. So he is ordering a new one and Will let me know when it comes in. Other than that Very happy with the job that was done.

You did a great job. The was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I loved receiving the texts with updates about our truck and also getting phone calls to make sure I knew what was going on. What could have been a very stressful situation, since the truck was in an accident, was an easy and carefree experience. Thank you.

Excellent service. Very professional and efficient. They do an excellent job keeping you updated with the progression of the work Their waiting area is one of the best I’ve seen. They serve coffee, bagels and fresh fruit to the customers that are waiting. Checkout was great too. Staff came outside and went over the work that they did. My car looks great. They washed the outside for me. I would definitely recommend BiCounty to family and friends.

I haven't driven the car much yet but it seems to be working fine. Everything looks good.I like your hundred percent satisfaction guarantee. I hope I don't need to use it. We've had caused repair there before and were completely satisfied.

Your team is always helpful. Everyone is helpful, polite and super responsive. It’s unfortunate that accidents happen but it’s great to know that a place like Bi-County Auto body is there when they do.
