Your staff is courteous and professional; however, the metal strip that belongs along the rear bumper was never reattached and left in the trunk area of the vehicle. I didn’t notice this until I had to load groceries in the car, and your shop was already closed. I trust this was a simple oversight and will be remedied ASAP. Thank you, Lisa Harrop
