Was never told you would be using after market parts especially on 2 of the biggest parts to my truck. One not even being the right color. I thought I went to place that had a great reputation. But instead I got my truck back half ****.

It’s difficult for a non-professional to evaluate the workmanship especially since a major portion of it is hidden behind panels. However, the professionalism of the staff is where I, and I think most people, get their impressions. The Bi-County staff is extremely professional and personable. You guys have my vote as the best!
