Quality of work and parts was very low. All the stuff in the car was moved around. The trunk latch cover was not put on back. I had to find it and reinstall it. Trunk light wires were cut which i had to repair. Cup holster was full of dirt. There were sctraches on the windshield and one tire had very low pressure. Trunk stuff was just thrown to back and was left there. Rear bumper bolt cap was missing which i had to order and pay for it. The tail light where it meets the fender, that joint have stripped paint. I have taken pictures of these things after getting the car back. All there were very noticeable because when the car was handed it was not like that.

A few complaints about my unsatisfactory experience. Was told on multiple occasions i would recieve a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle which I never got and had to follow up on my own time. Was given a certain date regarding the completion of my repairs and they were almost a week late finishing the job and to top it off when i received my car it was rushed and still needed some finishing touches so when I started driving away the car started making a loud banging so I had to bring it back and wait an additional day. Overall not a good experience.

I had a new window put in, in this process one must take off the interior of the drivers door, the individual who mustve been doing the repair prolly forgot that you also have to put the door back on. CORRECTLY! The INTERIOR TRIM WAS HANGIN WHEN I CLOSED MY DOOR On my way! HOME FROM PICKUP WHEN I JUST PULLED INTO MY DRIVEWAY.the interior handle is completely misplaced, the rubber molding on yhe door handle has been ripped. The entire door panel fell off
