I was told I have lifetime warranty. When I popped the trunk a part fell off. Now I have to come all the way back there to get that fixed.

Bi County in my opinion is the best place around, from the friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable women at the front desk, to the impeccable job they do on the vehicle. This is the 3rd time I’ve brought vehicles to Bi County, they exceed my expectations every time.

An estimate of the work was sent to us on the same day we dropped the car off, the work was completed in 3 days, and we were sent a text when the car was ready to be picked up. Excellent Service.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed at bi county auto body. From ms tracie and the entire staff. I could have went somewhere else, but I chose to get my vehicle fixed there because of there honesty. Ms. Tracie was straight forward and to the point. I also like the fact that they called me to let me know the status of my vehicle, what they are doing to it and the time frame it would be fixed. It was a pleasure getting my vehicle fix there. Hopefully, and I pray that I won’t get into no accident anytime soon, but if I do I will go right back to bi county.

I have used Bi-County in the past. The work is repairs are always done well and there work is Guaranteed. The text messages to keep you up to date on the repair are great. My car was finished ahead of schedule. All of the people in the office were great to work with.
