I was told my car is ready for pick up. Once I arrive and inspect the car I noticed that none of the lug nuts were replaced and one was missing. Then I was told the lug nuts never came in. So I’m confused on why I was told my car was 100% ready for pick up. I wonder what would have happened if I drove off with out noticing the LUG nuts. Now I have to take off of work again just to have lug nuts installed. I am now driving a car with one lug nut missing. I hope when I come in for the lug nuts I’m not going to have further problems. I hope this issue can be solved so I can continue to bring my car to this shop.

The headlight that was repaired on the driver’s side is noticeably less vibrant/illuminated than the passenger side. Why is that? Otherwise, the Jeep looks good.
